I must tell you about my husband BOB.
For the past 15 years he's been suffering with arthritis in his knees. In the past 2 years he could hardly walk. Getting up from his chair was almost impossible and he has to hold on to the chair arms and table to stand up.

WHY Water is Critical to Your Good Health
Your body is designed to be approx. 70% water. The most critical fluid in your body, your blood, is mostly water. Brendon was diagnosed with PDD (NOS) at the age of 3. Pervasive Development Disorder – Not Otherwise Specified (PDD - NOS) is one of the pervasive development disorders and autism spectrum disorders. Throughout his years at primary school he really struggled with speech and comprehension.
